We reserve the right at any time to alter the content of this website in any manner and for any reason, without prior notification. Price & Terms of Payment Academy Bio-Medical Company reserves the right to change prices in this catalog at any time without prior notice. Terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment, payable in U.S. Dollars, unless prior alternate arrangements have been made. A 1.5 % service charge per month is added for accounts over 30 days due. We accept payment with Visa or Master card. Wired funds are subject to a $20.00 bank charge, which should be added to the payment. All checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to an extra $25.00 charge. Discounts Discounts on bulk or custom orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. For discounts on a large amount as part of a single bulk or annual standing order, please contact us for a quotation. Conditions of Sale All products in this catalog are for in vitro research or manufacturing use only and should not be used for human therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Shipping Orders are normally shipped the day after they are received. All orders are shipped via Federal express unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are prepaid F.O.B. Houston, Texas and are added to the invoice. Products requiring dry-ice or ice-pack packing will be subject to an ADDITIONAL $10.00 surcharge for Domestic shipments and a $20.00 surcharge for international shipments. All orders prepared for shipment outside the contiguous USA are delivered on a collect bases. All claims for missing items must be reported directly to Academy Bio-MedicalCompany within 5 days after receipt of the order, referencing the purchase order number and the date of shipment. All claims for damaged merchandise must be reported immediately to the carrier, and then to Academy Bio-Medical Company. Returns No returns will be accepted without authorization. Please call us before returning any products for refund, credit, or replacement. Only unopened merchandise may be returned. We reserve the right to impose handling and restocking charges on any products returned due to customer error. Warranty and Limitation of Liability All Academy Bio-Medical Company products are warranted to meet catalog specifications. Products not meeting such specifications and returned to Academy Bio-Medical within 10 days of shipment will be replaced with like material or the purchase price will be refunded. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.
